Just got a pile of papers throw on my desk today, we asked for more money for what we do and they said that was fine and they'd look in to it... I'm on £11,000 now and we was looking at around £15-£17,000... What they proposed will give us about £13,000 max!!

I read through the papers and they have re-wrote my whole job and added about 3 times more on to my work load... not to meantion that when it gets implimented I'll be dojg staff training which they pay a team of people to do any way... They are on about £20,000 just for training... and then they want me to provide effective IT support to over 500 work station (which I'm fine with, I do that now) AND training and staff managent...

I think I need to look for a new job cos they are driving me up the wall!!

What do you all think.
