Sorry...new thread diff questions...


Im changing my 15inch TSW's for some Wolfrace Matrix 17" ......

2 questions:

[1] Will the additional 2 inches...mean ill have to change the drop ive lowered my suspension? Any further modifications for the 17's ?

[2] My corsa C and my TSW's use 4 bolts, but i see some wheels with 5 .....is there an adapter...or can i only buy the wheels with the four bolts?

if your using 4 bolts then you should use 4 bolts for any wheel...if they dont have them in the right offset with 4 bolts then there not gonna fit (i think im right neway :s)

Yes, the PCD needs to be the same as well as the number of bolts.

you want 4x100 and between et42 to et45 you can get away with et40 but will scrub with people in the car and hard cornering

So i guess then i cant buy the matrix wheels? as they only do et45 5x100 that right?

you should be able to get the matrix in 4 x100 et42

ET is the offset. The lower the number the more the wheels will stick out and rub on arches.
PCD stands for (pitch circle diameter) and is the diameter of a circle drawn through the centre of your wheel's bolt holes. It is measured in mm and also indicates the number of bolts the wheel needs. Thats what 4x100 is

Hi there i have wolfrace mantis 7x17 et 38 on my corsa c and regularly have a car full and have had no scrubbing yet.They fit snug under the arches and have bin told i could lower upto 35mm with no probs
