It is possible to have both Mav. Mine says 'i'm qualifying not speeding' and in smaller lettering in the bottom right of the plate it reads GT Grafix (company who made the plate)
Policeman found my slgoan amusing when he pulled me for speeding

only needs the postcode so they can identify the place
mine are totally plain, with 3d lettering, an the halfords postcode is in white so u can just read it
