What happens if sumthing happens to the car,ie something that breaks only after a week you sold it to the person?
just thinkin cos i wanna sell my car n not trade in!

you put on the reciept 'sold as seen' then its nothing to do with you.

Dosn't matter, i just wrote two copies out by hand and got the new owner and myself to sign both copies. You keep one, they keep one.

Just include, date, price, reg of car, sold as seen and signed by both parties.
