A while ago I ordered some alloys of someone who will remain nameless as I wouldnt want to throw dirt on his name as the problems I've had aren't his fault. But anyway all seemed to be going fine with the order and they should have been arriving soon but just yesterday he found out that the order wouldnt ready for a longer time than expected as the batch of 16"s the manufactureres did were in ET40 not 45 as i'd ordered.
So now the options I have in front of me are;
1. Wait for anywhere from 1 to maybe 2 or 3 months for the origional alloys i ordered( dare v2's in 16"s ET45)
2. Settle for x1's 16" ET45, which personally i think are a worse rim.
3. Pay an extra £40 for v5's 16" ET45
4. Or if possible upgrade to 17" v2 for free, and most probably need my arches modifying.
All help and input most appreciated.
Cheers Hazey

Yeah but its the fact that I've already paid, seems a bit stupid to wait 3 moths or maybe even 4 for something when you've already parted with your cash!

I would wait for the wheel as it's obviously the one you want

Yes you have made good points but like theyre the wheels i want and that but it realli is the fact that the money has been sent off already and if i do decide to wait I have no idea of when they might arrive and in the mean time i'm out of of pocket with feck all to show for it!
It's happend to me before with a replacement front bumper i ordered. the company was out of stock and said i'd have to wait a while. It ended up being 5 months before i saw anything, and this was just for post 97 front bumper. and again i waited because i'd already parted with my money.
