took motor to power engineering yesterday everything was going wellup to forth gear, started it up to try fifth the BANG! big rattling noise from engine and £60 to tow it home, car was showing 118bhp@5850rpm and 120lb/ft torque.

why put it in 5th

i was persuming they were going for fifth - my first rolling road. oil is fine it starts pretty well - not as good as before but now its just the rattling. guy thought it may be the cambelt tensioner.

i just had to get my tensioners done on bmw
lead to a lot bigger bill

again i was only guessing, he started and stopped four times i persumed he was checking each gear. i am also guessing that from WTF that this isnt the case.
