Is there a way to get round paying the early cancellation on a contract?
I have just phoned up to try and cancel it, i even said i had a just lost my job, a small child, and no money - the spiteful bastards still want £82.40.
If i was to cancel the direct debit at my end they'd still want the money so....
If i was to say my phone got stolen, and i dont have a replacement handset, what do they do? there'd be no point me having the sim as i had no phone. could it be cancelled that way?
Before anyone tries to be helpful (drew) my circumstances have changed so i need to change my phone to a pay as you go, meaning i cant keep up with the contract.
