check out a haynes manual if u have one...mine is a 1.4 16v and i think it around 3.5 litres. FOR THE 16V THO.

yeah my 1.6 16v is around 3.5 litres too! So at a guess 2.5 litres...! Why not put 2 litres in, check oil dipstick, then add it little by little until its at maximum?!

its more than 2.5 litres mate from empty 1 litre just gets on the dipstick... found this out by accident and naffed a cam doing it

I had to fill for my C14SE
2 liter without a new oil filter
2.5 with oil filter

3.7 litres they take fill with 3.5 litres and run the car till oil pressure light goes out, leave to satnd for a min check level and top it up
