buy all them shitty performance mods, like boost valve, that resistor off ebay, etc etc.

stick em all on a corsa and see how much bhp over a standard one, would be good to take to a RR day. Just to see..

could write back to all the companys then

JR has 136bhp IIRC from a 1.4

if u jump up and down in ur seat while doing 100mph, will this make u go faster because u will be weightless every other second?

Yes, I used to do this on my scooter.

Or, put your head right behind the handle bars for that extra 1/2 mph.

You will be suprised how much difference it actually makes.

My scooter used to sit at 53/54 mph with my head down, and 52 with my head up. This was the difference between me and my mate on his AR50 that was tuned up.

i tend to sit forward in the seat and grasp the steering wheel tightly in my 1.2 8v gives the illusion that your acceleratiing quicker

I had faster acceleration though, when we got to a roundabout we would have to slow down, I would pull the throttle right back and it would just zooommm back up to 53mph where as he had to go through the gears and it would take him ages to catch be back up again.
