I have colour coded bumpers on my corsa B but thanks to vauxhall they ever so kindly missed out the arches and the tops of the front and rear bumper. I got quoted £300!!!!!!!!!!! to get it sprayed. I know it will be cheaper to spray it myself but is it gonna be that easy?
Has anyone got any advice on where to buy paint? or how easy it is to take the arches and bumpers off or should i leave it on and spray them?

^ exactly... i'd say a body shop wouldn't take on my car cos it would be to hard to get the colours to match.

yea 3hundred quid may seem alot, but think about it, its the hardest part of the car to spray. the parts you said need plastising, twin pack primering, rubbing down again, then coloured up. its not quite as easy as just throwing some paint on!!

I got mine done for less than that but that was in conjuction with some other mods, suspension, exhaust etc.
As ikky says its a fairly big job to get right!

im sure you can find a better quote than that. £300 is on the steep side for what you're wanting to get done.
i would never try to do big bits of the car with ordinary spray cans because the quality just isn't as good as a professional job.

Well said.
I'm sure someone will be able to come up with suggestions of places local to you. Might be worth a post in your regional group.
