im wanting my black bits sprayed up on my car, ive been 2 garages and they wont do this because of the bubble effect, so i said well what if i sand them down make it all smooth? they have still said no dont do it? can any1 adivse of somwhere where they will do it? for a good price and good job 2 cheers

tbh you could do it yourself would take about 2 hours.
i did this yesterday the arches, sanded them down first with p320 and then p500, didn't get all the bubble effect off still kinda see it after being painted.
cleaned it all down with hot water and soap then gave them a few layers of primer then a few coats of paint. so far the paint hasn't pealed off or anything feels solid if u know what i mean.

i don't recommend doing it if you have a large surface to do. its an absoltue pain in the arse and soooooooooooo fucking time consuming.
john wildings body centre will do it near me
