Good reading this thread though, so many classic gym and gear myths in here that are so silly I had long forgotten them.
In this case education is the greatest tool you can have. So many fools in my gym that dont even know what they are injecting, dont have a clue about PCT.

mate are you sure you seriously know what your doing,as seth said hes been reading on it for years and is still learning,one of my mates has been training for 3 years and can bench press 170kg! and his arms are like my thighs,dont forget prison is quite a good place to get tonked up with all that time to do the weights,cant see the nutrition being to good though

The main reason is not for self defence but because I have been planning to use Roids for a long time,but now I won't get the chance for a few years.
Spoke to lots of past inmates,they told me things I didn't wanna hear but better than them lying as I know I am going to get the biggest shock of my life.
And as for ciggerettes I'm trying to get healthy I dont want cancer!

dude, if you need any info i am BSc sports and exercise science, u2u you me if you want anything. puttin it up on here is just stupid.
i have written a disertation an studdied performance enhancers including steriods and derivatives extensivly.

If i knew i was going to prison, i'd rather spend time on remand. At least by the time you're sentenced you'd have some time under your belt to come off.

And Seth.. while I may not really be too up to date on the new techniques to fcuk up your body permanantly I have seen the effects 1st hand (positive and negative) - as have you probably..
But do yourself a favour and base your findings on actual medical research funded by someone other than the BB industry. You will be astounded at just how many tests are 'inconclusive' or say nothing about latent long term effects. What I have mentioned are a reality my friend.. something I have seen with my own eyes. to people I know.
