Any of you fat fookers on one
I am.. no particular one.. just stop eating and do lots of exercise.
I currently keep to apple for breakfast, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 6pm, reasonably healthy. No carbs after 6pm.
Your ment to lose 2lb a week, and over the past 2 weeks iv lost 5 so not doing badly. Play footy for an hour most nites, 50 sit ups a day and if no footy go for half hour run, or hour cycle.
i am a fat bastid weighed 12 stone 12 2 nearly 3 weeks ago and down to 12.7 now, but im only 5ft 9" so should be 10.5 - 11 stone for my height, so im 2 stone overweight
am i clinically obese and am i doin well what else could i do
Ps i have sex 5/6 times at wkds when i see the gf and i go clubbin every weekend

I joined a gym in Feb, and lost 2 stones in about a month and a half. I was chunky, but now am too thin. I need to eat more now!

im 5ft 10 and weigh 13.12stone, i got quite a big build but am doing hard core exercise every morning before breaky. punch bag for 5 mins solid then press ups, back to bag for 5 mins, then weights, then bag, then press ups, do this till i drop and it hurts!!

i find it hard working out, i cannot carry my weight running etc or lifting myself
and i refuse to pay £40 a month gym and then £4 a time when i would want to go 4x a week!
i blame it on uni, beer and unhealthy eating..
i must get a photo i look pregnant!

I've just stopped eating bad food, and have been drinking loads of water and have gone from a 38 waist to a 34 in 2 months.

take up a sport 3-4 times a week, fun and easy way of loosing and maintaining weight.

motivation is key thing.
