Are there anybody who have some experiences with fill there drip moulding out on at Corsa B? If you do it with fibre glass can it so hold? Or would it crevice?

you are wanting to fill in / smooth the roof rails out
fibre glass wont hold and will crack.
ive heard it done with lead, and there asre a few other ways but i dont know em

As adam D says, the roof rail recesses need to be filled with lead plates that are welded in.
I hear its quite a tricky thing to get right as too much heat can warp the roof.

You can't weld lead to steel... You weld in thin steel plates and smooth it all over with filler...

You dont weld the lead to the steel, you do a process called lead loading. Not thermal joining or chemical joining, like brazing just sorta sticks to the "priming" agent used. If its not done absolutely perfectly, you can get giant slabs of the lead drop off after the process is completed.
Can be done but its a mission as the roof rail is so long. Also the door side of the roof rail will still be higher then the roof side
Complicated to try n explain it.
