who has or has had nail extensions done?
im goin to get mine done this afternoon and i want to know how impractical theyre gonna be!
only gettin short ones cos i aint used to havin long nails, they always snap

I had them done once, but bit them off, couldn't do with them.
Bit girlie for me too, but they look nice

I've had it done they are lovely but your nails are in some mess when they come off. Is it acrylic you are getting?

you will probably find that they get in the way. and they fuck up your nail wen they come off..
plus your gunna have to get em filled everymonth if you wanna keep em lookin good..

probarbly about as practical as a slammed corsa with 19's in a mountain range........ how do u type with long nails?

if your loking at getting acrylic nails i suggest gell infills.. looks better

Make sure when your having your nails done that they dont file down to the base of your nail.
Also look around for certificates, and check the type of solutions they use.
They should NOT use a type of drill thing across your nail bed.
Acrylics and gel infills are nice....
I grow mine and have them manicured about once a week

ive been with my mate before when she got hers done, they like brushed this paste stuff onto her nail and then dipped it in summat else
then added the tips and then shaped em to how she wanted em
i dont want long ones im gettin short, she has medium but they look too long for me

sassy to be honest i would just grow your own nails and shape them..
you may find some of the places look good but if you look at your nail from the side they are about 3 - 4 mm thick! because they put so much gell on to get a smooth finish..
if you dont want them that long then it shouldnt take 2 long.

im gettin these done cos mine dont grow at all, they just chip off never had nice nails, even had a manicure and they looked shit after 2 days

Have you tried nail stregthener, special polishes, taking suppliments or changing your diet?
