Get some dynamat! I got a bulk pack of extreme dynamat from caraudiodirect.com and I don't have any vibrations at all in my car. I have two 12" alpine type r's aswell so it's not a quiet system! Compared to other cars mine sounds amazing the sound quality is really good and the bass is really tight + no vibrations. It may be expensive but it really does work.

have you got sound deadening, if not, it would solve your problems. www.caraudiodirect.com has a deal on dynamat.

Get some bigger wheels mate - It wont solve your problem but it'll make your car look decent

Don't do this unless you know what you are doing, just stuff roof insulation in all the cavitys and dynamat the floors.
