ok ive got approximatly 6 hours to take my seats and out and fit my new ones.
they are getting delivered 2day hopefully and i want to get tehm in before trax.
if there any tips for oputting new ones in. these will be the first ive ever done so i dont really know were to start.
cheers guys.
(they are Corbeau Targa's with tailermade subframes from corbeau)
anyone with any experience please help

well my tailor made subframes had to be modified slightly as the holes didnt line up with the car.
Whip out old seats to torx bolts on the sub frame put new ones in

should take ya 20 mins max, dont forget to dissarm the seat belt tensioner otherwise it could cost ya hundreds to replace 2 of em

there is a spring loaded bar attached to ure old seat belt plug on std subframes.
put the little plug in the slot before unbolting or they will expload lol.

also shouldnt take much more than an hour to fit new seats if subframes are exact fit

when ya take out ya standard seats, before ya take any of the 2 bolts out remove the side plastic trim and put the red tag in the slot you will see what i mean, and this stops the tensioner firing

by seatbelt plug in assuming you mean the plastic think with a red button in it?
and what you mean.. make it think that there is a seatbelt init ?

no the tensioner is by the door side of the seat if ya remove the plastic trim you will see what i mean, they have instructions on the firing cylinder
You do have a corsa C so it might be in a different location, but im just warning you about these tensioners, they might be present

no the actual tensioner has a slot for u to put a plug thing in which should be attached to the tensioner. u will see when ya come to it.

i changed my uncles old calibra seating for calibra leather seats, but they r the same seat n fit straight on, took about 30 mins to do those, just a straight swap. Shouldn't think these seats will be much different tho, just if the holes don't match up then they may have to be butchered around

but the seat belt is fixed to the sub frame which you will have to swap onto your seats, this is what is normally required, so you will have to remove it

Leave all the bolts slightly loose on the new frames untill they are all in. THEN lock them all down - helps with the problem of not alligning...
