1.3 Twin cam 16v

0-60 in 8secs aparently

Top speed of 135mph

Whats everyones opinions on these ? i am considering buying one as i have been given a good price for it..

Daihatsu Charades are better, there 700cc turbo. 0-60 bout 7.7secs.

ok little cars nothing special really tho, only considered to be quite quick cos' it's quite 'for a 1.3' 105 bhp iirc and weigh feck all

marc ask your adam if he ever remebers a white one with exhaust, wolfrace voodoo's etc was my mates that was quite nice lowered about 80 mil aswell

Charades are three pot 12v, so less rotating mass for the engine and decent output for cars weight..99 bhp.

Swifts are quicker in mk1 form than the later pointy shaped ones, performance is on par with a Nova GTE so about 9 to 60 and 117 top speed approx.

135 mph top speed...........You'd need a motor like a Starlet Glanza with 133 bhp to do that.

Swifts aren't that swift at all!!! the GTTI does 0-60 in 7.9ish sec and a top speed of 116mph but can be tuned to go muchos faster but are more unreliable. But i'd have one tomorrow. My bro used to own one n he loved it (just not very practical for him, his wife and son)
