They replace the standard arches - you also cut the wing a bit so that you can run bigger wheels without scrubbing.

remove old plastic arches then line the psg arches up and mark with a perm' marker all the excess wing etc that requires cutting off.
plenty of places will sell you just the arches , think my mate paid about £100.
