found my old seatbelts in the shed but none of them will let me pull any seatbelt out? can these "go off" if dropped etc like in a crash?

any1 help? cheers

am sure u need 2 hold it at a certain angle b 4 it will come out

have to be mounted right way

there is a small tilt-switch inside which prevents them going if there on a funny angle.
