lol the famous 1.2 corsa. even the 1.1 rover 200 produces more power...75bhp infact. VTR's are ok as a car. Quite nippy but not very refined.

Edit: And just think...with your VTR you can wipe the floor with the bottom-of-the-range Scooby Impretza

Well mine as standard would be about .2sec slower to 60 than a VTR and still return 50mpg (but mine is def not standard)

Lol well as if i'd be stupid enough to leave the PG1 gearbox in the car. The engine is a BMW/MG engine. Tuned up will produce a nice 250bhp with over 300lb/ft. Add NOS and water injection and you have 300bhp with over 400lb/ft

Edit: Actually... i would leave the PG1 box in the car. Jus need to have it uprated.

You don't like BMWs, so would prefer to drive a Rover....?
Are you actually going to try and put a longitudinal engine into a Rover 200?

Hell im not doing anything! im just the man with the money and the dream!

RSM will be doing the conversion. As it allready sits in the MG ZT/Rover 75 there souldnt be too many problems. After all RSM dropped a 2.5V6 engine into a 200

Standard its about 170bhp, but beardys is going to be over 250bhp as its got direct port NOS as well as a turbo i think.

very nice Steves is only 200bhp at the moment. But then thats standard apart from a few tweaks. RSM have a ZS and ZT both running 300bhp both running NOS.
