the code will be on the original car receipt from when it was purchased new from the dealer

or got to vaux (opel?) they will ask for the chassis number and a number off the rear of the radio, it can take a long time for them to get u the code. then i think is press the power button and one of the other buttons, hold ofr 10 secs, will hear a beep, then enter the code vaux gave u.
assuming its an original radio

turn radio off...
hold AS for a few secound till beep...
place code in...
hold AS again till beep...
