selling up now to make way for a mr2 turbo gt

Vauxhall Calibra SE1
2.0 8v

Carribic blue/green
Reiger GTX front and sideskirts
standard rear (option of an unfinished gtx rear)
all electrics
sunroof
retrimmed roof lining
fog lights
lowered 60mil on g-max springs and uprated vauxhall shocks
18" BK604's (215/35/18) new tyres with 3000 miles on them
leather heated seats
blue led dials
silver dash

engine spec:
2.0 8v
full s/steel powerflow twin exit system with de-cat
magnacore ht leads
fully rebuilt 4000 miles ago costing 800£
ported and polished head
super 4 spark plugs
k&n air filter

bad parts:
slight rust on the rear arches and bonnet (normal for this model)
few lil dents from abusive shopping trolleys.
dent in the rear boot pannel

there will be rear seats (leather) fitted back into it next week as will the normal vauxhall seat belts.

looking for £1500 for it idealy.

This is a well tidy car mate! Why are you selling, you were only asking about what colour to spray it the other day?

Are these expensive to insure, because otherwise i'd be very very tempted! Whats it like fuel wise?

Where are you in the west midlands? would it be ok to come have a look some in the week in the evening or next weekend?

im not breaking the car as i have no other wheels to put on it and any smaller then 18's and it will sit on the ground lol

Sims lad, selling up because i've fallen for a nice mr2 turbo t-bar. insurance is a grp 13 look to pay around 800 with the mods if your 21 and have 3yrs ncb.
fuel wise its 32mpg i think? runs great on optimax (50£ a tank full)

you can view it anytime you like in the afternoons (after 6pm) or weekends (anytime)

i live in solihull to jnc 4 m42 mate.

My dad has one of these, SE5, with the same engine in, he gets an average of 36 mpg according to his trip computer, they are cheap too run for such a smart looking car, they look great in Carabic Blue, bear in mind ONLY the SE1 was done in that colour in the Calibra's and they are a bit rare, Not sure if I have seen this one at a West mids meet or not but there is one at another meet I go too, they look really nice with all the trim colour coded - like this one!

has tax till 1/1/05 and mot is tomorrow.
dash shows 86k milage, thats incorrect, the original clocks show the true milage at 120k but thats the cars total in life, the engine only has 4k miles

www.tesco.co.uk were the best for me
21 with 3yr no claims n 3ponts (sp30)

currently gone in for a full service and mot for the next 2 days (bye bye bank ballance) so when it comes out nothing sould be wrong with it apart from the minor rust... all good.

okay cars just gone in for its mot and has had 300£ spent on it to pass.

new bushes at the rear, track rod ends and bushed replaces, handbrake fixed, engine tuned up, light braket fixed, exhaust silenced more.

least its in 100% condition now :S

300 aint a bargin. 1500 for a special edition calibra is... should probl ask for more but im wanting an mr2 and sever lack off boot space lol.
