The GF and me are looking at booking our first holiday next year (July ish time). Anyone recommend any really good places to go? We're not really into massive clubs and stuff but like lively bars and restaurants.
I've been to Zante, Majorca and Kefalonia and they were all quite quiet, would like something with a bit more nightlife really.
Seth what was Ibiza like?

Dave, good thing about ibiza is you dont have to do the big club nights. there are loads of quality pre club bars, Itaca and Bar M + the orange corner host a lot of pre parties for the clubs which are quite lively. or youve got cafe mambo, cafe del mar, savannah on the sunset strip which are wicked places to chill out.
If you want busy then youve got the lager lout filled west end or the clubs, also ibiza town is very chilled with lots of bars too.

nice, so you'd recommend Ibiza then (obviously). We're just looking to get away somewhere and chill really, we won't be clubbing it every night and would like the resort to be in a nice quiet place if possible.

I must say I'd pick Ibiza over anywhere in Europe we've had a couple of years off but have got a 5 Bedroom Villa up in the hill near San An Bay for next year, cant wait

PMFSL, yes i was in a fcuking mood with the biatch, she thought it amusing to take a photo of me.
dave if you stay in san antonio bay its nice and quiet and its only a short walk to where the town and bars are. good thing about ibiza its easy to have a mad holiday or a chilling one, or do a mix of both. Just dont stay in the san antonio town, you woudlnt get any sleep.
