Only prob with carbs is that they need to be driven hard to get the full benefit, as a daily driver i'd say no go for TB's. Can be had for similar price and once set up can be left untouched for a long time unless of course you want to change anything.

Been there and done it with the twin 48's on a mates car. Had a shit load of mods (crazy cams, 2.1 list goes on and on), and they were just too big. Ace for a track car mind.

Driving it under 3000rpm it just didn't like. Mind when it got fully going it was about the best XE I've ever seen.

I'd say if you have got to drive it every day, forget it!

Ive Got A Corsa Xe On A Twin 45 Setup. Only Thing That Pisses Me Off Is That First Thing In The Morning It Keeps Stalling Becuase Ive Got No Choak. But That Prob Can Be Easly Fixed. Petrol Consumption Aint All That Bad Either.
