A long drive but worth it, here's some pics:
Ferrari F430
Ford Fiesta RS
Ford Focus Mk2 3-Door
Ford Focus Mk2 5-Door
Fiat Stilo Uproad - funny, but I quite like it
VW Golf GTi
Astra GTC Concept
Astra 3-Door
Astra Estate
Think I would like a set of these for my car. 8-spoke wheels from Opel Tigra.
Astra with Panoramic windscreen - glass goes all the way from the dash to half way across the roof, with a slide out bit of headlining to cover the glass. Feels amazing to sit inside, and no roof beam/sunvisors in the way like in the Peugeot 307 version.

Astras look gash, but the Mk5 Golf GTi should be good - lite version will be the one to go for.

Dead right, I think it looks awful. I really liked the Panoramic Astra though

what happens if you're driving towards a low sun though?
or does the top lining pull forward easy enough to screen it out?

I like the panoramic roof. The car is turd though.
If the Golf GTi delivers everything it's supposed to, then it will be *the* drivers car to have.

There's a metal pole in the back of the headrest that extends and forces your head to look down.

The roof lining looks like it pulls down as far as a normal roof lining would go to - but in the model on show, there were no sunvisors attached to it, so you might still get blinded if the sun was really low. They may put some sun visors in before the car goes on sale?
They had a Corsa on show as well with integrated colour satellite navigation, the MFD unit was huge though - almost as tall as the instrument unit on the dashboard.

the panoramic screen is coated to block direct sun rays, UV light etc all very clever stuff untill you break it and find out insurance dont cover it under the normal Glass policy and you have to claim to get it fixed!!! Nice £500+ bill if you dont claim!!!
The golf Gti isnt going to be that special really and is going to cost arround £28k with some decent optiopns....R34 will be better value for the money.
