my IE links have been removed from quick launch and start bar. this is fucking gay, how do i get them back?

excellent cheers matey, on old win versions i knew they were kept in system32 folder, but i looked there and no where to be seen. gotta go to work now so will read u2u later. thanks for the help

uhhhh thats just the folder that the desktop quick launch icons are kept. doesnt solve the problem...

FireFox is the way forward IE is pants
And if u like downloading tunes/films/porn etc i wouldnt install SP2 cos u get some right shitty speeds

what has SP2 got to do with internet connections? nothing whatsoever,i can still get 1-2mb/sec downloads.

Foz, you probably need to recalibrate your wireless settings since this is one of the major advances in SP2, can be found in Control Panel and then Wireless Settings.

Sorted it now, was under program access and defaults. Had to set internet browser simply to IE.

right go into my computer > C: drive (where xp is installed) > Documents and Settings > ur user account > favorites and then drag the links folder onto the start bar
