First of all no stupid comments 
I want to put some in the footwells. I've got a corsa b LS and was wondering if there was anywhere i could hook them up to. I don't have a light in my glovebox so can't put it there.

Run a fused wire from the battery through the bulkhead into the cabin. If you have a sub then tap off of that, then wire a switch into the groud wire which you should screw into the bulkhead as that is a decent earth point. If your going to be running lots of stuff off of the switch then a relay would be advisable, but for 2 neons the current would be small enough to not worry about that.

Wouldn't run it off the stereo, you could possibly tap the power from the ciggy lighter + and the ground it, but really you want a fresh, fused power wire from the battery to do the job properly. You could bodge it, but thats up to you.
