open in Windows movie maker and resave at a smaller size.

compress the video more - use something like virtualdub and use a different codec etc etc Will save on making the physical size of the video smaller, but quality will differ obviosuly

I got my own welder/panel beater michael mouse.

VisibleMan - I've not got anything fancy like that so moviemaker will have to do but it won't let me save the vids, I cant highlight the 'save' option
