you work for someone big like easynet? there the only other ISP i know that has offices down in the farming world

ok ill shut up now ...although i still find it interesting how rickards became MD from starting off as an accountant for pipex

i wished i had thought of something like that back in the day its interesting how these people start out tho - peter dubens started out selling t-shirts in new york (about 20 years ago) and made his first million by the age of 20 doing this....i also wished i did sometihng like that

yea
david rickards started out as an accountant working for pipex (like 20k a year wage), found that uunet owed them loads and took them over. Now he is richers than david beckham, sold pipex for 55million and other assets to do with pipex and he is sorted for life

i also wished i did that

RUDE !! i wish i also did that too

although marconi is were 1penny a share, now 5 quid - my business teacher brought about 10,000 shares a few years back at like 0.5pennies or something stupid....i wonder if he is still working at my old school i wished i did that also

we brought into Marconi but obviously they wanted to stil have the final say on what goes so they would only sell 49% where as easynet wanted to by 100%
