im sick of my car going through petrol, and have recently moved office so i have a few more miles to travel every day so im thinking of getting a diesel. i have narrowed it down to these two

The skoda fabia 1.9 tdi vrs


The Seat Ibiza 1.9 tdi Diesel Sport

The IBIZA! i had one a 1.9td loved it but unfortunatly had a slight argument with a corner and a concrete post

i test drove the Seat ant it's tops apart from the cheap looking dash !!!! lot of money for the car tho !!! Seat wouldn't offer me a good trade in, no would they drop the price much so i thought fuck it and keep what i got !

servicing is expensive tho!

Going from what i've read on the internet corsa is 45-50 mpg and the other two are 50-60 mpg. its not much but when you earn as much as me every little helps

theres no way those TDi's will get that many miles , also allot of places have put diesel prices up.

if you want to save miles then run LPG or get a non-turbo diesel car and run it on sunflower oil
