was on the news the other day
another it expert came on and said that if they had used paypal
the buyer sends money to paypal then
paypal keeps the money
untill the buyer receives the goods
then the seller gets his money when the buyer confirms hes received the goods
that aint true tho is it....

Thats not true at all.
Would be a feckin good idea though if they did it that way. It would make the sellers get the finger out their arses and send items quicker in some cases.

Yea but the buyer could say no i havent received the goods but in actual fact he has and just wants his money back.
Ebay should bring their own postal service in and when you receive your good you gotta type in your username and password so theres no excuse then is it.

Thats called ESCROW there are companies who do this. If you're spending a lot of money its prob worth payin for escrow.

Witholding the money from the seller under the goods are delivered is called escrow. The bad news is that a lot of these are just as dodgy.
