the warning lights would have to go after the switches otherwise they would be on all the time.

but if its something he's already got then why buy new stuff?
Just make sure you use decent ampage cables and you'll be fine.

mate, u dont need to run a cable from ur negative termainal of ur battery, the chassis is connected to it so you can connect ur negative to the chassis.
Also, you should put a single fuse as close to the battery as possible. Your neons and LEDs should be fused seperatly as they will only have a current draw of about 500mA so a 1 or 2 amp fuse should be fine - check on the products or in the manual.
hope this helps

the under car neons will need more than a 1 or 2 amp fuse

scrap the fuse box and place a fuse on each neon (to the wattage of the neon). Then near the battery place another fuse (before the distribution box) which is rated to the totaly value of the fuses on the neons

the dizzy is obviously so he can wire one power cable to his switch box inside the car, then tap switches neons/leds etc from that - although the diagram shows the dizzy wrong

just use a fused distribution block, that way each light will have its own fuse in the distributer.

in the diagram its shown wrong - it shows one cable going and one cable going out, then the lights tapping off that cable it should BE, one cable going and 3 cables coming out - and yes a fused dizzy would the way forward - just make sure you get the right sort and one that offers the right fuses (two different sorts of fuses holders etc)
