How?? The videos I got on my cam are all ??? and the computer doesn't recognise them and I have to keep manually selecting open with WMP So it would appear now that I need something to convert them into AVI's/MPEG2. Is AVI a good enough quality to keep or should I try converting them into MPEG2?

I use a free programme called TMPGenc which converts AVI and other MPEG to MPEG 1 for VCD's...
Use a search engine to try and find a link to the website, I looked on Downloads.com but couldnt find it there. Its a dead simple quality little programme.
