Exactly, I don't have to go to a main dealer to have it fixed, I wanted a Nova since I was 16 with this engine and these wheels in white therefore I built one.

I hate Jap cars, boring no charachter at all.

Gibbs, I don't have any major problems with the Nova, its just the water temp sensor which is about £15 to replace. The same problem on a Honda would cost the earth to fix, I would'nt have Lee Mitchell at the end of a phone to help me get it fix or point me in the right direction either.

I won't ever be buying anything but Vauxhalls from now on, I should never have purchased a Punto got conned by main dealers and cost an earth to keep on the road.

I do understand your point now, just couldnt really get me head round it, i suppose at the end of the day it's what you want regardless if it will be quicker for the money etc.. so you've got it
Can't really say jap car's are boring and no charactar, that's just bias
plus using a punto as relation isnt fair, it's a fiat!

neway, glad ya like ya car and hope it's sorted and running perfectly soon

Yes, I can't wait for it to run next time at pod at its full potential just to show that it is fast

I mean it has run a 16.8 when it was stripped and with the faulty temp sensor, so with a working temp sensor I expect a 15.9

Then with Mantzel and unichip 15.5 - 15.2

No way

But I can't afford to be caught doing 140mph

Won't have the torque or the mid range but up the quarter it will on par with XE Corsas
