Hull City Council have loads on conversions!

Our house is a barratt house and is only 9 years old! so I think it has the "harder" to convert beams!

Yes you will have the trussed rafters up in your roof space, to do the conversion you will basically have to take off the entire roof and either put a cut roof on or use attic trusses, it will be an expensive job and you probably wont make your money back
