as the lads said car in fifth gear... get someone to stand on the brakes... use your torque wrench to get some leverage on it....
simple pimple....

a torque wrench shouldn't be used in reverse.
apparently this fugs up the calibration of it.
a breaker bar would be a better bet

undo it normally with the correct star socket and a long breaker bar

this actually reminds me i have an ecu light perminatly on with fault codes 19 ans 92.... crank shaft angle sensor and cam shaft angle sensor....
i think it could be the crank shaft pulley though cos when the car is running the crank shaft pulley erm.... wobbles .
this indicates to be that i didnt seat it right when i put it on or its buckled....
have to fix that little fecker...

id do that and change the cam shaft sensor aswell and the crank angle sensor always comes up as a fault as the engine isnt running
