fitted some of the wide arch kit today,

i have done the front wings and the driver side rear arch.

the front wings were a peice of piss, just needed trimming and holes drilling, and the sideskirts cutting to match.

but the rear arch was a 'little' harder to do, as you can see by the pics.


first of all i had to mark out where the arch needed to be cut

then cut out that peice

and then beat the inner arch to meet where it had been cut, then weld it in place, and use body sealant around it

i have now stuck the arch trim on, and leaving it over night to cure

aye it should look pretty smart.

have now sold my MC rally front bumper, so tomorrow i will be ordering the front bumper that goes with the maxi kit, and also some carbon fibre wing fillers (to stop shit gettin thrown up into the engine bay) and carbon fibre floors

how much do carbon wings and floors cost???

carbon floors are £120+VAT

and the wing fillers are £60+VAT

the wing fillers are a replacement for the plastic wheel arch liner. but they just cover the hole in the engine bay. if you get what i mean
