Yip no probs, Just need to make sure that the amp has enough power.

Also, when connecting up 2 subs in series (ie make a connection between sub1 and the amp, then a connection between sub1 and sub2) the impedance will be halved.

Usually a sub will be 4 ohms, connecting up 2 subs to one amp will halve this to 2 ohms. This will affect the power output of the amp.

For example I have an amp that outputs

200w RMS @ 4 ohms when connected to one of my subs
350w RMS @ 2 ohms when connected to both my subs

What amp / subs do you have in mind?

as said u can power as many as you like, as long as the amp has the power and can handle the offered load...

the amp doesnt know or care how many coils its powering..
