basicly yes thats rights,
what they will do is if you have been transfering data constantly for a month or so , they will let you know and if it continues just turn the ratio down slightly untill you abide by the T&Cs then put it back up , but its never ever happend with any of the other customer scus no one can be bothered to do it

No there is no cap, its a clause written in to the T&C's so that in a year or so's time when all exchanges start getting filled up rather that lowering the contention ratio then can inforce the cap,
No its an LLu connection similar to DSL/BroadBand never disconnects.
just incase any one didnt read it there is NO CAP.
