"Was coming back on the A69 this afternoon and got flashed by a speed camera, however both the camera unit and road markings, were on the opposite side of the road. It was definitely an older style one, that photographs the back of the vehicle.
Can I get done for it??"

the bloke just wants to know whether its a yes or no? i dont know, no-one else on the board knows, so i thought id post a simple enough question which doesnt require a smart arse answer...

No you will not be charged if you are on coming to a gasto, but you can still set them off. Just means the poor person goign the other way at 9mph will get a NIP for doing 68 or something.
P.S ppl are too lazy to use google these days?
