not just under certain circumstances.

from my experience.......

was with CIS since i was 17 till i was 21

always been fully comp, always drove any car i like THAT IS NOT IN MY NAME like my mams, dads, mates etc

when i got a 2nd car (nova) i put it in my mams name, didnt insure it as i was ok SO LONG AS I WAS DRIVING FROM PRIVATE LAND TO PRIVATE LAND

so i couldnt park it up on a road or anything as this would class it as uninsured

done this with 3 cars, been pullked 4 or 5 times, not had a problem yet, even got caught doing 90 in a 50 in the nova and cop was an arse but im sure he would of picked up had i not been technically covered by my insurance

you might agree but its what the insurance company said

yes you are right how do you define an emergency but then there are lots of things you shouldnt do in your car that make ure ins void!!! going to the bank in your lunch hour on behalf of your company is one of them ins companys will do anything to get out of a claim

anyway why are we arguing about something that is written in black and white in the small print of my policy
