Todays progress!!

A Little slow

Didnt wake up til 12 after my alarm went off @ 9.

I was so damn warm in my bed LOL

Got up anyhow and done the passenger rear 3/4, all up the C pillar then i needed to pop out and buy some gaffer tape as well as some insulation tape.

Once i was back i started tiding up the wires which come off the main loom, (going to lights, rear speakers, boot light)

Taped them all upto the loom and made it tidy. I then gaffer tapped the WHOLE loom to the side of the car ontop of the sound proofing. Its not going anywhere now

Also all the Arial cables which run up the roof i ripped pulled out. All the plastic poppers which usually hold the wire in place i ripped out to!

Gaffer taped the wires down to the C pillars and connected it all up again

Heres a few pics,

You can kinda see on the bottom pic in the top right C pillar where i have tapped the wires down

Overall been quite pleased how i have got on this weekend,

I would of liked to of got some of the wiring done, however im just pleased i got one of the big jobs out the way and completed well

I had to move the car today with no seat in (that was a bit of a mission ) Whilst doing it i tried the stereo, im sure at this stage where im just running the standard front speakers still with no sound proofing in the doors it sounds alot better.

Maybe its just cause the car is currently an empty space? Just sounded alot more clear and precise

Anyhow More pics when i do some moree!!

Yea the wiring wont be to hard,

Its Hex Stinger Expert 0 Gauge, Very flexable,

I hoping i can squeeze it in with the other wiring loom in the kind of tunnel its in, There looks to be just the right amount of space,

I planning on having a day off work next week so hopefully i can lay the wiring, do a bit of fibreglassing and put some of the interior back in before the car goes off for a holiday

It looks even better now after a 3rd coat, I am so pleased with the results the interior trim is now all immaculate.

Some night this week the Speedlines are coming off and are going into my garage for the winter, while there off painting all the insides of the arches and underneath.

Interior is out at the moment, stripped bear ready for sound deadning and painting inside under driver and passenger seat and behind dash.

Just need some tinted windows from a GSi.
