Yup they are as easy as normal suspension to kit. Only thing different is that you need to run power cables to wherever you are keeping the compressor and from there you need to run 4 small airlines to each strut.
Its an easy job.
Kits can be bought from http://www.airbagme.co.uk they also do fitting.

£999 for the tailored kit for the corsa B or C.
The ride is much better than hydraulics, but not as good as coilovers ect
