I know what you mean i meen meeting with the nhs trust and docotrs, nurses etc to dicuss the routine etc and they throw money away its silly

My mum used manage a hospital on Oxford, they went over budget every year because they used so many auxiliaries (sp)

Could not beleive how far behind the times they are ally, have two many people doing a similar job. and then the abmualbace services, gp and hospitals all report to different trusts blood silly
