hi all. im just wondering. how do you make the interior light come on when you unlock the car and when you turn the igintion off. like the newer cars. any help would be gd. what will i need.

an alarm that supports the feature, or a series of special relays

when you switch off the car, your ignition live becomes a ground. This would trigger a timed relay, for whatever time you set it for. If u did not use a timed relay, then the light would stay on constantly.

When you unlock the car, you would need central locking to do it, as you would use the ground pulse trigger to activate the light
