I won this item on the 13th of nov....

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4502215757&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

you are bidding on a genuine

corsa rear bumper

did have small crack behind number plate

has been plastic welded

I won the auction

Sent him an email on the 14th with the following....

"can you confirm your postal address so i can send a cheque in the post tomorrow.

Also the only mention of damage was behind the numberplate, which you said has been fully repaired and obviously this will be hidden behind the number plate.
I take it that the bumper is in good condition apart from the fixed crack behind the number plate.

Thanks
Dean"

Had a reply back

yes thats all thats wrong with it thanks bob.

well no1. it would have been cheaper to drive to swindon to pick that up, only a 100 mile journey.

no 2 if u paid via paypal you can state that the goods you recieved were substantially different to what was described in the auction

they are ur only shots

no.1
100 miles there, 100 miles back = 200miles = £25 petol
£25 petrol + £ 5 over the severn bridge = £30
Saved myself £10 and the hassle of driving up there.
But i looked at his feedback and thought he was genuine enough, if i knew this would be the outcome i would have drove up.

Anyway i know if this dont get sorted out its close enough for me to fucking sort it out!

And no.2 he didnt want to accept paypal only cheque only

I thought it was slightly too much, but it is a big bumper and considering i had the bumper for £25 i thought bugger it.

£45 for a rear bumper that needs replacing was decent enough....

I lived in Swindon for about 18 years, know the place pretty well, it takes us about 50 minutes in the car when we pop up, if i were you id tell him you will bring the bumper back for a full refund including postage otherwise you will take appropriate action
