I'm trying to un-install 888.com from my pc that i downloaded earlier (free trial) but when i try it says ..........

c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt.... the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications (16 bit window system)

Delete the folder containing all the 888.com files then download CCleaner from http://www.ccleaner.com I have it and use it regularly, it's good and it's FREE!

yeah but it says i have a trojan yet it says it cant be disinfected

What virus scanner you got?

Best thing I would suggest is if you reboot in Safe Mode, then try doing a virus scan, you should be able to get rid of it that way.
