264, 10mm lift are the limit of a std engine and std management can cope with them. a tubular manifold and inlet change would also go along with this nicely, piggy back ecu or full mappable and would have thoguh 150BHP is in reach.

quite important really seems you have the inlet done the exhaust will hold it back!
