If it's good, why don't Shell, Castrol, etc include it in their oils?
Supposed to be good though, but do you need it?

i have just put it in my 1.28v 140k on the clock and its alot smoother and quiter

sawdust also has that effect for a while 
thicker oil also quietens down engines

What ya wants bread! Bread will quieten it down for a short while 
Ive seen diffs and everything stuffed with it, it works as well matey + its cheaper than slick 50
